Life Transitions

Life can change quickly, and it can feel hard to keep up. It may be finding out you are pregnant, returning to work after baby, adjusting to a new schedule, or trying to be a caregiver to everyone at once. As an attorney and mother of 3, including multiples, I understand the challenges of changed circumstances and the difficulty in trying to balance a career and family life.

Maybe you are starting a new relationship or a new job. Are you worried about how your life will change? Will it work out? How will it affect your family or loved ones? Or maybe you are entering a new life phase, moving on from a romantic relationship or adjusting to your daily experience without children in the home. You may feel lonely or isolated and it may be difficult to manage these new feelings.

Perhaps you are moving cross country or adjusting to the loss of a friendship. You want to move forward and begin processing your life transition but something is holding your back. Life changes can be scary but therapy can help you adjust to these new seasons of your life.

Adjustment to new circumstances takes time and patience with yourself. Together we'll work on how to navigate these new situations and you will learn tools that help you feel more confident and present.  Therapy can help you identify your strengths, restore hope and create a meaningful life.
